The music had all but played out. My life was in turmoil. My only fault was falling for my new boss.

Penelope Marks is now the boss of Lopa, a tiki bar in the heart of South Beach.

Theo Sullivan is still the owner, who sold his soul to the devil himself.

What will these two do to overcome the forces trying to keep them apart?

Continue with the Boss Duet as Theo and Penny try to take down the ones making their lives miserable.

I came into Love A Boss at a massive disadvantage, having not read Like A Boss. I knew this was the second book in the series but I didnt realize it was the second installment of a continuing story so when I first started reading I was super lost. So I put the reading on hold, got the low down on Like A Boss and continued on.
This was my first exposure to Logan Chance’s writing and wow- I am impressed. The characters, Penny and Theo, are really well developed and even though I hadnt read the first book, it really took me very little time at all to be invested in each of them. I loved Theo and his dirty mouth! The story line had a fast pace and hook and was easy to read in just two sittings for me. There was plenty of action and drama to keep everything moving along and interesting. The ending seemed a little… abrupt maybe? Sometimes I have trouble with the way books end so that is just my opinion only but it did feel a little rushed to me.
I am looking forward to seeing more from Logan Chance! 4**** WickedGoodStars!

About The Author:

Logan Chance enjoys the simple things in life. Star Wars, music, and pretty girls. Always in trouble at school, he was made to copy the dictionary while
the others played. This began his word fascination.

With a love of words he then realized he loved stringing those same words together to create stories to inspire all.

From Boston, and relocated to Florida, he lives out his days writing, reading, and avoiding the beach.

Not afraid to tell it how it is, Logan is definitely a man of his own.
